The BC Alliance for Arts + Culture is looking for new office mates at 100-938 Howe St, Vancouver. We are seeking an arts-based organization to be our new tenant.
The space available is on the mezzanine level and contains five workstations with desks and one private office, solely for your use. The space comfortably accommodates five full-time staff, or more on a part-time/contract basis. The mezzanine is only accessible by stairs, so unfortunately the workspace is not wheelchair accessible.
The workspace rent is $1,500/month + GST ($18,000 annually). The rent also includes access to all shared amenities: the use of a board room (seats 35 people); the use of a smaller meeting room (holds six to eight people); a shared storage room; washrooms; and a kitchen with microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, tea kettle and other small shared items.
You will need to set up your own wifi and phone system. You may be able to join our network– please let us know if you’re interested in that possibility when you inquire.
Staff will be provided with keys and alarm system codes to come and go on their own schedule. Our space is also shared with part-time staff from CARFAC BC and the Pacific Legal Education and Outreach Society, and is a great hub for exchanging ideas with arts colleagues.
